How you can help your local pharmacist help everyone...
Things have been as busy as we have ever known in the pharmacy.
It’s therefore vitally important we keep ALL our staff well so we can continue to provide everyone with a great service.

So what can you do to help?
- first and most importantly please do NOT attend the pharmacy if you or anyone in your home has a recent cough or fever. ๐ค ✅
- phone us for advice instead of coming in wherever possible. ๐ ✅
- send a representative to the pharmacy for you if you are isolated. ✅
- only request a delivery if you have no other option. Deliveries will not be a problem and we have a procedure in place to make this can be “contactless” if needed. Just alert us if it’s not safe for Our lovely drivers to come to your door. Their health is vitally important to maintain this invaluable free service for our most vulnerable patients. ๐ ✅
- please stay back from the counter until called forward to protect both yourself and our staff by avoiding unnecessary crowding. ๐ ✅
- don’t be concerned if our staff ask you a few simple “screening” questions before inviting you into our private consultation areas. ✋ ✅
- above all please do not panic. We are here to help throughout the day. Contact us in whatever way suits you. Phone, private message or email (lochardilpharmacy@gmail.com). We check all media throughout the day. ๐ป ✅
- we have up to two pharmacists at any one time available to help along with an amazing team of support staff. Please be patient if we are busy especially over lunchtimes when we are trying to give all our fab staff a wee break from the coal face and a chance to recharge their batteries. ☕️ ๐ ✅
- please do not over order. To maintain the supply chain for everyone please only order what you need and when you need it. ✅
- always use official guidance for advice. In Scotland this is
